Hvar is one of the most popular touristic destinations in the Adriatic Region; the site is next to the city of Stari Grad (one of the oldest cities in the world); and overlooks a secluded cove, bordered mostly with trees.

The Project was envisaged and designed in collaboration with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.  The property is approximately 173,000 sqm and will consist of:

A 115 room luxury branded hotel (90 rooms and 25 suites)
