Governance / Advisory Members
The key roles and responsibilities within the firm are as follows:
Titled Positions and Management
Chairman
Responsible for guidance, oversight and control; good corporate governance and effective decision making.
Group Chief Executive Officer
Responsible for day-to-day leadership and oversight of the firm, management and decision making; acts as the public face of the firm and appoints each of the following titled positions.
General Counsel
Responsible for all legal issues, oversight of the firm’s legal and compliance departments, managing the corporate structures and entities of the firm, dealing with corporate governance and acting as advisor to the Board and its directors on legal and regulatory issues.
Chief Operating Officer
Responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s day-to-day business, operations and administration; deals with financial and management reports; financial projections and performance and provides oversight and leadership for the firm’s support and control functions.
AGM President
Responsible for day-to-day oversight, management and decision making in relation to the Arqaam Global Markets business.
AIP Managing Director
Responsible for day-to-day oversight, management and decision making in relation to the Arqaam Investment Partners business.
Senior Managers
Responsible for the business lines, support or control departments they head and management and decision making in relation thereto.
