Arqaam Capital co-curates and delivers the OQ Group Investor Relations Strategy Workshop

Arqaam Capital was proud to co-curate and deliver the OQ 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽, bringing together 15 Investor Relations Officers from across the portfolio for structured alignment and capability building, reinforcing OQ’s commitment to institutionalizing best-in-class IR practices across its platform.

Key outcomes included agreement on harmonized IR KPIs and performance frameworks, the development of scalable investor deck and analyst pack templates, enhanced earnings call workflows, and tighter alignment between narrative, strategy, and financial metrics. The workshop also featured sector deep dives, investor engagement simulations, and an “Investor Hot Seat” exercise designed to pressure-test clarity, consistency, and governance discipline under scrutiny.

We were honored by the presence of Haitham Al Salmi, CEO at Muscat Stock Exchange S.A.O.C, who highlighted OQ Group’s growing impact within Oman’s IR landscape and its contribution to strengthening transparency, market depth, and investor confidence.
