Marc Hoodless is a Managing Director with responsibility for Human Resources (HR).

Mr Hoodless joined Arqaam Capital with a mandate to establish a strategic HR function that supports key business objectives. His early career in Human Resource Management within Morgan Grenfell (now part of Deutsche Bank) provided a strong grounding in professional HR processes and also included three years in business development, through which he acquired a broad knowledge of investment banking. He then moved to Ansbacher for eight years; then NatWest Markets and ING before becoming Global Head of HR at Rabobank International in the Netherlands, where he was involved in building a global investment banking operation. He was Head of HR at C Hoare & Co in London for four years prior to joining Arqaam Capital.

Mr Hoodless is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is Deputy Chair of the City HR Association in London.
