Arqaam Capital Limited (registered in the Cayman Islands) is our
ultimate parent company and acts as the holding entity for the
Arqaam Group. Arqaam Capital Limited (registered in the DIFC) is
our main operating entity and serves as the functional hub for all
our investments. This entity is authorised and regulated by the
Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) to carry on financial
services in and from the Dubai International Financial Centre.
Arqaam Securities Limited (registered in Cayman Islands) acts as
the holding company for our brokerage service investments, and has
a 49% stake and management control of Arqaam Securities LLC
(registered in the Emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates).
This entity is licensed as a broker by the Securities and
Commodities Authority of the United Arab Emirates (SCA) and is a
member of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and the Abu Dhabi
Securities Exchange (ADX). Arqaam Capital Principal Finance Limited
(registered in the Cayman Islands) acts as the holding company for
our Principal Finance investments. This, in turn, has established
various Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) in England, Gibraltar,
Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Germany and other jurisdictions which
allow for direct opportunities for specific principal finance
investments. Arqaam Capital (UK) Limited (registered in England)
provides advisory services to our parent and operating company.
