- What is User Access?

User Access allows authorized users to:
- Create New User(s)
- View, change, or delete a User
- View your profile and custody account statement
- Open a trading account
- Is there a charge for Internet Banking?

Our Internet Service is free of charge.
- Where do I find my user id?
-
You will find it in the Welcome letter, which is couriered to
customers when an account is opened.
- Can I change my Password?
-
Yes. As an added security feature, you will have the option of
changing your password as often as you feel it is appropriate. This
is done through the Customer Service menu under the Internet
Banking module. In addition to that the password we issue at signup
is only valid for first time log in and you will be asked to change
it as soon as you successfully log in
- What should I do if I have forgotten my User ID?

On the bottom of the Client Login Page, you will find a link -
Forgot User ID
- Click on the link
- An email will be sent to our Operations department
- You will receive your new User ID in 24 hours.
- How do I change my details?

Click on Update your profile from the menu on the left side.
- Please use the form below to inform us of any changes to your
contact and personal profile details.
- Once completed, your updated details will be sent to us for
verification and you will receive an email from us within 48hrs
confirming your profile update.
- What if the system is unavailable?

If the system is unavailable, contact the IT Department at it@arqaamcapital.com,
between the hours of 08:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
- Will I receive regular statements on my online account?

Yes. For statement accounts you will receive your statement
electronically on a periodic basis
